A 30 % down-payment is required to secure your booking. The balance will be due 60 days before arrival date. You can pay by bank transfer or by credit card via Paypal.
We do not apply penalty for cancellation made at least 40 days before agreed arrival date.
A penalty of 50% of the rental fee will be applied to cancellations made after the 40th and before the 21st day prior to agreed arrival day. A penalty equal to 100% of the rental fee will be applied to cancellations received after the 21st day or in case of no-show, late arrival or early termination of the lease.
